Brain Controlled Mouse

Have you ever imagined being able to control the cursor on your computer screen with your brain? Well you can stop dreaming, OCZ looks as though it is going to make this a reality with its Neural Impulse Actuator (NIA) – or brain mouse to be simple.
Apparently this device makes use of a combination of EEG readings, muscle movement, and eye movement to control a given application (aimed towards games). Of course a device like this will take some getting use to; however, OCZ claims that after a few hours with the NIA users will have the hang of it and eventually be able to increase their reaction time compared to a standard mouse.
You will need a decent PC to use the NIA, as it has been designed to run on a multi-core machine. It will also cost you a fair amount of cash, around $300 when it launches.
